INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 ( Consumer Code ), in particular Articles 52 and following , you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the package.

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal:

You can also return the item at our LONGO and Fashion Outlet locations (in Gioia del Colle), after activating the procedure via email and confirming the methods to follow. Returns to physical locations will still result in a refund using the same methods as online returns : after careful checks, the refund will be issued on the same payment method used for the purchase. In no case can the refund be made directly at the physical return location. The refund will be made within seven (7) working days of completion of the checks.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In case of purchasing multiple items with:

  • Exceeding the threshold to get free shipping
  • Or applying discounts

If you return part of the items and the total falls below the threshold, the costs originally covered by the discounts will be charged and deducted from the refund.

CHECKS BEFORE RETURN

ATTENTION: It is mandatory that the original tag is perfectly intact and not detached from the item . Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Also, make sure that:

  • All labels, whether fabric or hanging, are intact and not removed
  • The original box (if present) must be returned in the same condition
  • The item is intact, neatly packaged and unused

If the items show damage or signs of wear, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph 2 , we may retain a part of the refund proportional to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The return must take place within fourteen (14) days of delivery, as established by art. 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code , to the following address:
