How can I place an order?


2️⃣ Click on “Add to Cart” .
3️⃣ Go to your cart and click “Proceed to checkout” .
4️⃣ Enter the required data and confirm.
You will receive an order confirmation email .



Do I have to register to purchase?

No, you can also purchase as a guest . However, by registering you can:

  • Check the status of your orders
  • Save your data for future purchases
  • Receive dedicated promotions and offers
Can I change or cancel an order?


If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately at servizioclienti@longoabbigliamento.it .
After shipping it will no longer be possible to modify it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to pay online?


Yes ✅ We only use SSL encrypted connections and certified banking systems. Your data is never saved or shared.

What are the shipping times?

We ship within 24-48 business hours . Delivery requires:

  • 1–3 working days for Italy
  • 3–7 days for Europe
What are the shipping costs?
  • Italy: €4.99
  • Free for orders over €79.00
  • Europe: calculated at checkout
Can I track my order?


Yes, you will receive the tracking link via email as soon as your package is handed over to the courier.

What if I'm not at home?

The courier will make a second attempt . If unsuccessful, the package will be dropped off at the nearest collection point or returned. Contact us for assistance.

Can I return a product?

Yes! You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, as provided for by the Consumer Code .

Write to 📧 servizioclienti@longoabbigliamento.it indicating:

  • Order number
  • Name and surname

Reason for return (optional)



Who pays the return costs?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Self-service shipping: organize the shipment yourself

Collection with our courier: €8.00 (deducted from the refund)

When will I receive my refund?

After inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method. The initial shipping cost (€4.99) will not be refunded.


Can I exchange size or product?

Yes! We offer a size or product exchange service for a fixed fee of €10.00 (collection + return).



What condition should the product be in?
  • Intact, unworn, unwashed
  • With original tags and labels
  • With original packaging (e.g. shoe box)
  • Well protected for shipping

If the product shows signs of use, we may withhold a portion of the refund based on the decrease in value.
